Farnham Foot Clinic

Farnham Foot Clinic is a specialist Podiatry clinic based in Farnham, Surrey. They have recently relocated to a much larger out-of-town location for increased space and patient convenience. Their goal, when they approached us, was to emphasise the benefits of the new location and the dedicated team working there.

What Did We Do?

Upon receiving the initial brief, we contemplated the factors that would motivate customers to change their habits and travel out of town to the new location. During our conversation with Anna, she expressed concern about potentially losing many lovely patients, especially given that the new premises offer added benefits. We decided to interview these patients, allowing them to share why the clinic is worth the journey, what initially drew them to the clinic, and the benefits they have experienced. While we also interviewed Anna to tell her story, the impact is unmatched when hearing it directly from a real-life patient.

How did we do it?

Upon arrival, we set up a space where people could easily come in, sit down, and deliver their testimonials. Due to space and time constraints, we made subtle tweaks to create slight variations each time. We were then prepared for each customer. We inquired about how long they had been coming to the clinic, why they continued to return, and, recognizing the location’s significance, incorporated questions about their experience with the new location. We gathered amazing testimonials, leaving the staff who overheard touched by the words shared. We then took each patient to their respective clinicians to showcase the treatments. This not only provided content for their testimonials but also for the other videos we produced.
