Let’s tackle the most important one first! Our charges start from just £100 a month and it’s very rare a clinic will spend more than £600 with us. We don’t believe that you need to spend thousands to do marketing especially if you do it intelligently and understand the market. Find out more about our views on marketing spend here.
We work in the healthcare sector, our main customer groups include physiotherapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, podiatrists, aesthetics, orthopaedic surgeons, private doctors, private hospitals, gyms, fitness professionals, nutritionists and general wellness. We also work with vendors and the big industry brands although 95% of what we do is local health marketing.
Because we aren’t some generic agency that doesn’t understand the industry. We know that a post-op patient is worth more than a sports massage and plan our campaigns accordingly. You won’t need to explain things to us, we work with enough of you to hit the ground running. Working with hundreds of clients like you also provides us with a lot of data that we can use across all of our campaigns which gives us a massive headstart. Whilst everyone else needs to research topics and learn about what you do, we already have that data and can be up and running before you know it!
We also have practicing therapists in house, yes we have corporate level marketing staff and designers but we feel it’s important to have people in the team that have worked in the industry on a day to day basis.
In the main, we offer web design, Google Ads, social media marketing, SEO, training and consulting. However, given our skillset and the fact that every client is different, we often provide bespoke services. Much like The A Team, if you have a problem give us a call!
To us, ‘leads’ is a dirty word. Generally companies offering leads don’t know how to market and certainly don’t understand how to build a high value and ethical healthcare business.
We deal with bookings and appointments. Generating a clinic 50 leads means they get incredibly busy chasing them up, booking them in (usually for free appointments) when it’s just as easy to get a patient booked in directly through a booking system!

Communication is incredibly important. Not least because we need to know what;’s going on in your business. Our entire team is on Calendly so you can book in with us at any time you like. We also have support email channels for each of our services. At the same time we have live reporting so you can check on your campaigns 24/7.
We also reach out monthly even though many of our clients are happy with our work and leave us to it. We will pester you to chat with us if you go quiet for too long!
We’re here to do the heavy lifting, all we expect is to have access to you for questions we may have. We want to save you time not give you more work!
Yes although we work with a select few companies. Your product should be ethical and have proven efficacy. If you have a product that magically cures pain but we ‘have to take your word for it’ then we’re probably not the right company for you. We generate millions of pounds for some of the biggest brands (and some exciting small brands) but we have to be confident that it delivers value and fits with our ethical outlook. We won’t market things we don’t believe in.
We also won’t ever provide you access to our clients for money. If your product is good, we’ll market it for you and on occasion put it in front of a client when appropriate but we won’t give you our clients details in return for money, no matter how much you offer. A week. Lots of companies will tell you it takes months before you start to see results but that’s not true. Once campaigns start, you’ll see immediate results. It does take time to optimise campaigns and really get everything firing but there’s no reason you should be spending money for months before seeing a return.
One of the reasons we can get results so quickly is because we do this every day in this industry. We already have the data and and don’t need to spend time figuring out what works and what doesn’t.
This is a common question. SEO is like going to the gym. You can go once a week or 7 times a week and the more you go, the more it costs but the quicker the results. But don’t go 20 times a week, it makes no sense! The cost is also location dependent. If you have three clinics in different locations it’ll cost more than if you have one. In general, most clinics shouldn’t need to spend more than £300 a month, if you’re spending much more than that then get in touch because we’ll definitely be able to help!
There’s no simple answer to this. What channel are you using? Facebook spend is very different to Google Ads spend. How many patients/clients do you want? It costs more to get 50 than 100. To give a rough guideline, most of our clients spend £100-£400 however if you want 100 patients then it will cost more!

No. Our team are all on PAYE. There are occasions when we’ll get outside help with projects that require it but these are usually very specialist and also few and far between. You can be confident we aren’t a reselling freelancers and passing others work off as our own.
And hopefully, they’re performing! If they are and you aren’t being charged over the odds then don’t move just because you want a change. It’s incredibly difficult to find an agency that is ethical, understands your business and more importantly delivers. One incredibly important question you do need to ask is “Do I know that my marketing agency is delivering value”? This all comes down to reporting and tracking. Not just on clicks or impressions but on actual booking data. Make sure you have that! If you can’t answer how many bookings you’ve had for your spend then you really need to talk to us!

Cold hard numbers! Everything we do is tracked and fed into our customer dashboards. If you spend £100 or £1000 we’ll be able to tell you exactly what you’ve generated in both patient numbers and revenue. We don’t guess as to whether what we do is providing an ROI, we know.
No. We’ll work with you on pricing and make sure you’re comfortable with what you’re spending but we work with serious companies that are happy to invest to get results and recognise what our skills are worth. We’re also about as cheap as you can get! Most of our clients are quite frankly surprised at what we charge,
If you’re a charity, especially one in the industry then get in touch, we support numerous charities in the industry and we don’t charge, your money should go to good causes, not to us!
No one can promise anything in life. You do the job to the best of your ability and invest your time and you’ll have a good chance of reaching your goals. We always say it’s like doing maths at school. It’s not about getting the right answer as much as working hard and doing the working out properly. If you do that you’ll have a 99% chance of success but we can’t always promise on that last percentage point.
We will be transparent, ethical, and we’ll work hard and treat you like a partner rather than a cash machine. That’s our guarantee to you. Plus we don’t think anyone else will give you a better chance of success.
It’s difficult to say, in general we will see a 3-10 times ROI on your spend but there are a lot of variables at play. Location, competition which services we’re working on but we can promise your ROI will be positive.
Think of the companies you love most. Do they use templates or do they spend time crafting messaging that fits with their identity?
Your business is unique. Every business has different USPs, an ethos, demographic targeting and so on.
Your marketing should be unique to you and based on building YOUR brand.
People offering templates or one size fits all solutions are lazy, out to scale and make money before anything else.
If we run an ad we want it to represent you not some crappy template that’s been used a thousand times before.

No, everything we do is bespoke and custom designed for you. We do follow web standards so some things will be replicated and we’ll often add things that we know work but we don’t just resell templates, we’re better than that and that’s not our style.
Our reporting is extensive. We provide real time dashboard and conversion data for everything we do. At any point in time you’ll know what you’re spending vs what you’re making!
We really are. We won’t ever guarantee success but there’s a reason we’re spoken so highly of and why customers just don’t leave us. But it’s also not just about being good at what we do.
