The problem
Our brief was to super charge patient numbers. Given the extent of their practitioner numbers, we needed to generate more new patients than for most clinics.
The first issue was that their previous website was simply not built for converting patients, nor for general marketing campaign efficacy. We redesigned the website more than 3 years ago and since then it has proved to be one of the highest converting websites in the market! A little fact- the website is now old and over time websites begin to age so we’d quite like to change it! However we’re big believers in data and when something performs that well we don’t fix what isn’t broken!
Strategy & results
As well as building Harborne a new website, we also run Google ads and SEO for them. Our SEO strategy was to dominate Birmingham for all chiropractic terms. This has been achieved. Harborne chiropractic have incredible google visibility and traffic numbers that are normally seen across four or five locations rather than one! At the same time, we run google ads which generate 50+ new patients a month for less than £10 per new patient. Harborne is a true success story and a great example of how new web design, high quality google ads and SEO can generate incredibly high level results.
