A clinic located in the city centre of Hereford, Infinite aimed to distinguish itself on the bustling high street. Following a rebrand and relocation to a Grade II listed building, they desired content that would mirror their new style. Rachel, the clinical owner, has propelled the business from a small village practice to a significantly larger city centre property and sought our assistance to enhance their marketing.
What Did We Do?
Upon initial discussions with Rachel, it became evident that she wanted to precisely showcase the clinic’s position within the city centre for potential customers. It can be challenging for both existing and new customers to locate new premises initially. With this in mind, we decided to feature the practice’s location in a banner video at the top of the site, as well as mention the move in other videos. The team had also recently welcomed a lead physiotherapist, Shehan, expanding their services to the community. It was crucial to feature his presence on camera, allowing patients to get to know, like, and trust him. Another aspect Rachel wanted to highlight was the range of technology adopted to improve patient results, including Gait Analysis, Swift, Shockwave, and Lunula Laser.
How did we do it?
With the clinic almost a four-hour drive away, our shoot checklist became an essential tool. Before every shot, we meticulously ticked off every camera, lens, and accessory to avoid forgetting crucial items and facing a last-minute dash around Hereford. We have developed this system over several years, including a kit checklist and multiple brief meetings to ensure we understand exactly what the client wants and how we plan to shoot it. The initially uncooperative weather necessitated a quick reordering of the day to navigate the rain. Given the emphasis on location, we were fortunate to capture portions of the banner video and outdoor team photo during a patch of good weather. Rachel had organised her team to speak on camera about their various services; some, whose first language was not English, were understandably nervous. Fortunately, we used our interview coaching to guide them through the process and conclude with confident interviews showcasing their expertise. The final interviews were conducted with Rachel, whose infectious energy, constant laughter, and smiles we aimed to capture in the final video, recognizing that people buy from people! Due to the range of services that Infinite offers, we had a substantial amount of footage to capture. At 5 pm, Rachel seemed a bit defeated that we hadn’t been able to film both the Lunula Laser and Achilles application of the shockwave machine. However, we assured Rachel that we would stay until all the content was captured to create the best possible content.
What Were The Results?
Banner Video: A visual walkthrough of one of their patients walking through Hereford city centre before entering the clinic, with a warm welcome, a thorough consultation, and finally, treatment. We aimed to provide a fly-on-the-wall experience of being a patient at the clinic.
5 x Service Explainers: We covered Lunula Laser, Nail Surgery, Shockwave, Swift, and Video Gait Analysis, all with different practitioners. Now, when you visit the webpage of each service, there is a smiling practitioner explaining the condition and possible solutions.
364 Photos including headshots: We also provided retouching on various photos, such as the outdoor team shots. Group shots can be challenging to get everyone with their best expressions all in one photo; therefore, we took multiple shots and used Photoshop magic to replace anyone with their eyes closed or pulling a funny face! We also managed to remove puddles and some wear and tear on a neighbouring building to enhance the group shots.
461 Photos of the practice, patients, and staff, including group shots and headshots.
What Infinite Podiatery Had To Say
“I could not be happier with Rob’s work!
Rob spent a full day with our team, putting everyone at ease and making it a real team bonding experience for all. He managed to coax brilliant, happy, and natural pictures from even the most reticent of our team.
We now have all the images and videos that Rob has created, and we can’t wait to show them to the world. Every shot is of the highest quality and will really help us to put our healthcare practice on the map. Thank you, Rob!”
