Move Physio

Move physio are a clinic based in Twickenham owned by Patrick Kenny. Patrick was referred to us by another of our clients Paul Goss from Bodylogic Health. Patrick was impressed with the results that we had achieved for Paul and initially came to talk to us about developing a new website.

The problem & first steps

Like most clinics, the Move Physio website was built as a placeholder and a business card rather than a site that brings through patients, answers questions and increases numbers. We embarked on a 12 week process to improve the site, reduce bounce rates, increase the time spent on the site and ultimately bring in new patients. Within a few weeks of release, the website was performing wonderfully.

Next steps

We then spoke about Google ads. He finally accepted that perhaps we were better placed to run them that him, so with gritted teeth he handed over the responsibility to us! We cut his spend by 40% in the first month and generated an extra 16 patients. It’s safe to say he’s happy to have handed over the responsibility for his ads!

Our clients spend far too much time trying to do things that other people are better placed to do. This is a constant whenever a new client approaches us. Just like we don’t do our own accountancy, clinics in general should not do their own marketing, but should instead hand it over to experts in the industry.

Future plans

Not only do we now do SEO, google ads and website work for Move Physio, we have also embarked on a new social media marketing strategy. Patrick can now focus on the things that he’s good at and building the business, confident that we can take care of his marketing, get results and be a trusted partner.
