Veronica is the person who quietly keeps everything running smoothly at HMDG – if there’s a deadline met or a project completed to perfection, chances are she’s the one who made it happen. With her love of structure and spreadsheets (and a knack for calming the chaos), she’s the baking, travelling, project-managing powerhouse every agency wishes they had. She’s also our resident Italian food snob – but with good reason, because no one beats her mum’s cooking. Unless maybe it’s a Pad Thai day.

On the rare occasion Veronica isn’t managing multiple timelines or baking something delicious, she’s probably planning her next trip – Lapland to see Santa is top of the list. And whether it’s Christmas magic or summer sun, there’s always a soundtrack to match – from Frank Sinatra classics to a bit of Fetty Wap, or the instantly recognisable “Hedwig’s Theme” (yes, she’s a Potterhead too).
